Story of Sacramento’s ‘Palace of fantasy’ hits the silver screen
Screenings of “ALHAMBRA: Sacramento’s Palace of Fantasy” takes place Feb. 21 at Tower Theatre, 2508 Land Park Drive, Sacramento.
The 55-minute documentary tells the story of Sacramento’s beloved Alhambra Theatre, built in 1927 and demolished in 1973. A Safeway now sits at the site.
