Woman in a wheelchair wins treadmill on ‘The Price is Right’

Longstanding game show “The Price is Right” gave away a treadmill and walk-in sauna to a contestant named Danielle Perez, who is wheelchair-bound and can’t use her legs.

Viewers quickly took to social media to point out that the gifts are questionable prizes given her disability.

The contestant was tweeting about the episode, too.

“Every member of ‘The Price is Right’ studio audience has a chance to be selected to play,” CBS told FOX411. “Prizes are determined in advance of the show and are not decided based on the contestants.”
