Your visitor guide to Sacramento Farm-to-Fork Festival 2022: Dates, events, more
The Farm-to-Fork Festival, Sacramento’s annual event packed with food, drinks and music that attracts people from all over the world, is here.
Since 2013, the food festival has become the go-to spot for chefs, farmers, ranchers, vintners and brewers to showcase their products in an environment filled with connoisseurs.
Here’s what you need to know about the several Farm-to-Fork Festival events lined up throughout the month of September:
Legends of Wine
Legends of Wine, the first event scheduled for the Farm-to-Fork Festival, will showcase regional wineries and tastings from local restaurants.
When: 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 8
Where: SAFE Credit Union Convention Center
Tickets: $77, with fees.
The Tower Bridge Dinner
The Tower Bridge Dinner, curated by some of the world’s top chefs, will be on Sept. 11 on the bridge over the Sacramento River.
Tickets to the dinner are no longer available but those interested in volunteering for the event can sign up here.
When: 4:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 11
Where: Tower Bridge
The Street Festival
The free two-day Street Festival, which celebrates Sacramento’s robust agricultural production, will run from Sept. 23 to Sept. 24 at the Capitol Mall. There, people can indulge in local food, wine and beer, cooking demonstrations and more.
The dog-friendly festival will include over 40 wineries, more than a mile of vendors and four different stages for its musical guests including San Antonio-based band The Last Bandoleros, Memphis-based band Southern Avenue, Californian jazz singer Gregory Porter, New York-based band Jocelyn & Chris and Eugene, Oregon, based-performer Japanese Breakfast.
When: 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. Friday, Sept. 23, and 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 24

What’s not allowed inside the festival?
Here’s a list of items not allowed in the Farm-to-Fork Festival from the organization’s website:
- Outside alcohol
- Glass containers
- Cans
- Weapons (knives, pepper spray, stun-guns, concealed weapons, firearms)
- Illegal drugs
- Fireworks and smoke bombs
- Unapproved pamphlets, handouts and advertisements
