Blink-182 reunion tour with Tom DeLonge to visit Sacramento’s Golden 1 Center in June
Blink-182 is coming to Sacramento.
The band announced Tuesday it’s launching a world tour, as well as a new single, “Edging,” which will be released Friday. One stop, the band announced on its website, will be in June at Golden 1 Center.
The tour is a reunion of sorts with lead singer Tom DeLonge returning to perform with bassist Mark Hoppus and drummer Travis Barker after leaving the band in 2015, Nexstar TV stations reported.
The single is billed as the first new recording by DeLonge, Hoppus and Barker in a decade, according to the San Diego Union-Tribune.
It is also the band’s first tour together in nearly 10 years, according to NBC News.
Tickets go on sale 10 a.m. Monday, according to the band’s website. According to the Union-Tribune, pre-sale tickets will be available at 10 a.m. Wednesday with early sales from concert promoter LiveNation taking place between 10 a.m. Thursday and 10 p.m. Sunday using the code PUMPKIN.
