Comedian Gabriel ‘Fluffy’ Iglesias to bring tour to Sacramento’s Golden 1 Center

Comedian Gabriel “Fluffy” Iglesias will appear at Golden 1 Center in downtown Sacramento.

He will perform his new The 1976 Tour: A Fluffy Celebration show May 2, the center said in a Tuesday news release. Tickets go on sale online at 9 a.m. Friday.

Golden 1 Center is located at 500 David J Stern Walk.

What to know about Gabriel Iglesias?

Iglesias is one of the highest-grossing touring comedians of all time, Golden 1 Center said in a news release. He also has appeared in four stand-up comedy specials on Netflix.

He was listed in The Hollywood Reporter’s “Top 40 Comedy Players” issue alongside Jerry Seinfeld, Chris Rock and Lorne Michaels and was also honored with the cover of Variety’s comedy issue.

Iglesias is also the star and executive producer of the Netflix original comedy series, “Mr. Iglesias,” which is currently streaming three seasons.

His YouTube videos have more than 2 billion views and he has more than 34.6 million fans across social media.

His film credits include “Magic Mike,” “Magic Mike XXL” and “A Haunted House 2.” He also has voice acting credits in “Coco” and other animated films.
