Sac State arts fest screens French film on WWI truce

The 2005 French film “Joyeux Noel” will be screened as part of the California State University, Sacramento, Festival of the Arts.

“Joyeux Noel,” the 2005 French film depicting the WWI Christmas Truce of 1914 will be screened April 10 as part of Sacramento State’s Festival of the Arts. Light refreshments will be served. 7-9 p.m., Mariposa Hall 1000, on the CSUS campus. The festival, which kicked off April 8, continues through April 12 with a variety of activities, including other films, dance performances, piano concerts, readings and more.
