Katie Rubin to perform stand-up show at Sacramento’s Big Idea Theatre

Actress and writer Katie Rubin is back in Sacramento, this time to perform her stand-up comedy show “Something Different” at Big Idea Theatre. Her appearance will be the Sacramento premiere of the work, and part of Big Idea’s A Bit More Series’ Weekend of Comedy. 1616 Del Paso Blvd. Rubin’s onstage at 7 p.m. and 9 p.m. Saturday. $20. bigideatheatre.tix.com. The Weekend of Comedy also includes Friday performances of local comedians and an improv and comedy master class by Rubin on Sunday.
