Admission bargains for Sacramento Museum Day

Two dozen local museums offer half-price or free entry during the 17th Annual Sacramento Museum Day, Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The sites range from the Sacramento Zoo to the Heidrick Ag History Center in Woodland. Last entrance will be 4 p.m.

Special exhibits and programs will be offered at many of the museums, such as electronic fingerprinting of children at the Discovery Museum Science & Space Center.
