Crocker Art Museum celebrates Black History Month

“Voices Behind the Bricks,” a pop-up exhibit of photographs by teens who live in Sacramento’s Marina Vista and Alder Grove public housing communities, will be part of the Black History Month family festival Feb. 15 at the Crocker Art Museum. Other activities include dance performances, poetry, freedom songs and the Black and Beautiful Community Marketplace. Museum open 10 a.m. -5 p.m.; festival hours are noon-4 p.m.. Free admission.
