The initial lineup for the California State Fair’s Toyota Concert Series was announced on the final day of February, albeit with three holes in the calendar. Well, those gaps have finally been plugged – that is, with the sounds of pop, R&B and classic rock. The concert series is now rounded out with Plain White T’s of “Hey There Delilah” fame (July 9), the Pointer Sisters (July 20), and the Camaro-ready rock stylings of Loverboy on the final night of the fair (July 24).

In all, that’s 17 concerts that come bundled with the admission price of the California State Fair, which runs July 8-24 at Cal Expo. Previously announced acts include Salt-N-Pepa with Spinderella, Styx and Don Felder.

For those who want to view the action up close, premium seats can be purchased in the Reserved Gold Circle for an additional $12 or $25. Visit the California State Fair’s website for more info.
