The dish: It’s no secret that the world’s tastiest fish are the freshest, and this piece of sea bass was caught off of Bora Bora’s Sofitel Private Island. The delicious meal, which I enjoyed nearly every night for dinner, and sometimes for lunch, too, included root vegetables that weren’t carrots or potatoes. Don’t know what they were, but they sure were delicious.
