The dish: It’s no secret that the world’s tastiest fish are the freshest, and this piece of sea bass was caught off of Bora Bora’s Sofitel Private Island. The delicious meal, which I enjoyed nearly every night for dinner, and sometimes for lunch, too, included root vegetables that weren’t carrots or potatoes. Don’t know what they were, but they sure were delicious. Paired with a raspberry lemon drop – yum!
