Take Your Best Shot: Pierogis, plated
The photographer: Chris Allan of Sacramento
The dish: I just got back from Victoria, British Columbia, and my tastiest meal was this plate from the restaurant Sult. It is a pierogi bar, and I chose three delicious “Squeak” pierogies (made with roasted garlic and sour cream whipped potatoes, Parmesan, Monterey jack and cheddar cheese), along with the seasonal roasted veggies. Together with a sleeve of local Sea Cider, it was a wonderful small meal, and so nicely presented!
