The dish: It’s almost summertime in Sac! My husband, John, and I love making grilled bison burgers with drunken onions (not drunken cooks!), served with a corn, cherry tomato and green bean salad, and sweet potato fries – all enjoyed al fresco during a gorgeous late May evening.
