Monday is full of sweet deals, thanks to it being National Cookie Day.

From free cookies to discounts, you can satisfy your sweet tooth.

The day was founded by Matt Nader of Blue Chip Cookie Co. in 1987, according to USA Today.

Here’s what’s available:

  • Mrs. Fields: All locations are giving away 400 free chocolate chip cookies (first come, first served), The Mercury News reports. It’s also happens to be the cookie company’s 40th anniversary, which means 40 percent off online collections (while supplies last). Find area locations here.
  • Whole Foods Market: Monday is the final day of stores’ 50 percent off cookie bar sale (while supplies last), according to a Whole Foods news release. “Whole Foods Market cookie bars boast seasonal offerings and frosted treats unique to each store,” the release says. Find a store near you here.
  • Cinnabon: It’s launching its Cookie BonBites on Monday for $2.99 for a limited time. It’s also offering free milk with each BonBite purchase (while supplies last). Find a Cinnabon here.
  • Kroger chain: You can visit the website to find cookie-product discounts and recipes.
