Here’s a list of 40-plus Black-owned restaurants in the Sacramento area
Thousands of protesters congregated in downtown Sacramento over the weekend to protest the death of George Floyd, a Black man who died with a white police officer’s knee on his neck on Memorial Day in Minneapolis, with another rally likely to happen Tuesday evening.
Lists of Black-owned restaurants have sprung up around the country as people look to eat at or get takeout from a black-owned restaurant, some of which saw their own buildings vandalized as the protests devolved after dark, as another way to support the cause.
