The dish: For me, nothing compares to the enjoyment of seasonal fruits and vegetables, fresh from a local farm market. I first made this sorbet when I discovered Santa Rosa plums at an organic farm market in Hershey, Pa. Having moved from Hershey to Roseville last year, I couldn’t wait to find local plums and blackberries at the farm market to make this luscious sorbet. All it needs is mint from the garden and a spoon!
