Midtown cheesecake shop to open third location in this Sacramento suburb
Shoppers at the El Dorado Hills Town Center can soon get their fix for frozen cheesecake sandwiches at Creamy’s by Cayla Jordan.
The dessert shop is expanding to a third location at the Town Center, according to an Instagram post. The opening day is yet to be determined, but the shop hopes to open this year.
Its first two Creamy’s locations are at the Ice Blocks at 16th and R Street, and the Fountains At Roseville at 1015 Galleria Boulevard.
The new shop will be at 4364 Town Center Blvd. in El Dorado Hills.
The shop brings a twist to your usual ice cream sandwiches, stacking specialty frozen cheesecakes with cookies. The mini chocolate chip cookie cheesecake is the most popular item at Creamy’s, founder Cayla Jordan said. It’s an Oreo crusted cheesecake filling with a chocolate chip cookie baked on top.
Jordan said the El Dorado Hills store will feature new menu items, including full-sized cakes and cookie cakes. She added that the midtown and Roseville locations will also offer the desserts, too.
She said they signed the lease on Friday. Construction on the store hasn’t begun yet. Jordan said she’ll be bringing her social media followers from Instagram, YouTube and TikTok along in the decision making process on how to build out the shop.
Jordan, who’s six months pregnant, said she hopes to open the store before the baby arrives around Christmas.
