America’s classic Christmas food is a little less defined than, say, Thanksgiving staples.

That leaves room for cultural variations in our diverse society, from pork tamales to southern Italian seafood feasts to wasabi-spiced deviled eggs.

We want to know: what does Sacramento’s diverse community eat on Christmas or Christmas Eve?

Your stories might end up in our story.

Our restaurant coverage always strives to capture the diversity of cuisines that make Sacramento’s dining scene great; this holiday season, we want to shine a light on food traditions at home as well.

Maybe your Christmas food traditions are colored by an ethnic background, a religious divergence, a homeland represented on plates or in bowls come Dec. 25. Whatever the inspiration, let us know in the form below.
