This week in Sacramento, you can celebrate beer with pints, deals, games and food at local breweries.

Sacramento Beer Week 2023 started on April 22 and will run until April 30.

The 14th annual event is hosted by the Sacramento Area Brewers Guild, an organization that supports independent breweries in the Greater Sacramento region.

A handful of events are happening each day in Sacramento and nearby cities, including West Sacramento, Auburn and Rancho Cordova. You can find the full list of Beer Week events, dates and locations online.

Wednesday

Bingo & Crooked Lane Tap Takeover (2009 Matsui Alley) - Free bingo, prizes and brewery merch available.

$5 Pint Night (116 N. 16th St.) - All beers are $5.

Paella and Beer Pairing Dinner (2004 Capitol Ave.) - Enjoy a flight of four beers with chicken and chorizo paella, along with live music.

Thursday

Bingo and Karaoke Night (1323 Terminal St., West Sacramento) - Choose from more than 30 beers and play bingo or sing.

Craft Beer Trivia (536 Grass Valley Hwy, Auburn) - See if your craft beer knowledge is up to par.

Beer Games (8251 Alpine Ave.) - Games include corn hole and video games.

The Gauntlet: Ultimate Pizza Eating Competition (2009 Matsui Alley) - Teams must finish an entire deep dish pizza and two 32-oz beers to win the grand prize — which includes a private brewery and farm tour of Ruhstaller Brewing and a trophy.

Friday

Back to College Party at LogOff Brewing (3054 Sunrise Blvd, Ste J, Rancho Cordova) - Take yourself back to college and play some beer pong.

Craft Beer and Spirit Pairing (2004 Capitol Ave) - Learn how to pair beers and spirits for $32.

Saturday

Beer Mixer (8251 Alpine Ave.) - Kick off the weekend with beer cocktails. New Craft Brewery is serving a flight of four until 1 p.m.

Live Music with Malarkey (536 Grass Valley Hwy, Auburn) - Listen to covers and original songs from local band Malarkey.

Sunday

Michelada BFD Brunch (2009 Matsui Alley) - Enjoy micheladas or mimosas with brunch.

Michelada Brunch Closing Ceremony (2004 Capitol Ave) - There will be micheladas and other beer cocktails to go with the brunch menu, which includes eggs benedict, sandwiches and more.

Grilled Cheese Sandos and Beer Pairing (2904 Franklin Blvd) - Guests get three types of grilled cheese and three different brews.
