The chefs for this year’s Tower Bridge Dinner served up a preview of their five-course menu at The Central Kitchen in Sacramento on Monday.
The Sept. 10 dinner, a highlight of the annual Farm-to-Fork Festival in Sacramento, will be the tenth year of the bridge-closing event. More than 800 dinners fill the bridge for the fundraiser. The dishes focus on local ingredients.
The festival begins on Sept. 7 and concludes Sept. 23. The drawing to buy public tickets to the event was held in July.
