New all-you-can-eat Korean BBQ joint just opened in Sacramento area. What’s on the menu?

A new Korean barbeque spot has opened in Elk Grove, offering a wide variety of meats you can grill directly at your table.

Ember Korean BBQ launched its soft opening at 9163 E. Stockton Blvd. Suite 360, in Elk Grove on Jan. 28.

The restaurant has a family-style setting where you grill meats and share side dishes, called “banchan,” with your table guests.

What’s on the menu at new Korean barbecue restaurant in Elk Grove?

The menu at Ember Korean BBQ includes appetizers — ranging from popcorn chicken and soup to potstickers and corn cheese — and noodles.

For grilling, you can choose from options including beef belly, bulgogi, Angus ribeye steak, soy garlic chicken, pork belly and seafood.

The restaurant offers domestic and Korean beers as well as soju and non-alcoholic drinks.

Ember offers an all-you-can-eat menu based on a fixed price. Lunch, which is available 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on weekdays, costs $27 per person. For other times, your meal costs $37 per person.

Meals for children 4 to 11 years old are $17.

When is Ember Korean BBQ open?

Ember Korean BBQ is open 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday.

Sacramento-area eatery is hiring

Ember is also looking for people to come work at the restaurant. You can apply online for several positions, including busser, dishwasher, server and line cook.
