The dish: Easy to eat and serve, chicken tenders are pan roasted in olive oil and butter, with rosemary, sage, sea salt and course black pepper added to the pan as the chicken cooks. When the chicken is ready, deglaze the pan with sweet marsala and add apricot jam to your liking.
