The dish: My wife, Jeanette, and I spent four days in Southampton, England, before boarding a cruise ship to Ireland and Scotland. Of course, we had to have as many fish and chips meals as we could, since this is what the British Isles are known for. Little did we think that when our order came, it would look like this! We not only got a good laugh but it was a delicious meal, thanks to The Duke of Wellington Restaurant in Southampton.
