Drink

a2 Milk

$4.29 for a half gallon; Sprouts and other retailers; thea2milkcompany.com

Trouble digesting milk? The Aussie company behind a2 uses cows that make a single type of beta-casein protein. The result, they say, is a milk that’s tolerable for just about any belly. The product has become a huge hit in Australia, grabbing almost a 10 percent share of the fresh milk market.

Try

Glaceau Sparkling Smart Water

$1.99 for 1 liter; Raley’s and other retailers; coca-colacompany.com

Now you can get your electrolytes with a carbonated fizz. This new version of the sports H20 is vapor-distilled for a clean, refreshing flavor.
