The dish: This is a dessert I made for a holiday dinner with a group of friends that was to be served with a port dessert wine. Ingredients include dark chocolate/raspberry cheesecake with dark chocolate ganache, fresh raspberries, dark chocolate curls and mint. Definitely a hit.
