Quaker granola cookie

I’m hoping someone has saved a recipe from the 1990s for an oatmeal chocolate chip cookie that included Quaker granola. The recipe was featured on the back of the cereal box. I’d love to make this cookie again for my now-grown children.

Sour cream pound cake

I’m looking for a sour cream pound cake recipe. When I was 15, I got the recipe from the mother of a boy I knew. The cake was rich and not too sweet and had an orange glaze drizzled over the top. The cake was baked in a Bundt pan. It was one of my mom’s favorite desserts. Can someone help?

Salmon salad

Serves 4

Gina Yancey of Portland, Ore., enjoys seafood and was looking for salad recipes using salmon, tuna or shrimp.

This easy recipe is credited to Ina Garten, the Barefoot Contessa. If you have seafood salad recipes for Yancey, share them with us through the Mailbox.

INGREDIENTS

2 pounds cooked salmon, chilled

1 cup small diced celery (3 stalks)

1/2 cup small diced red onion (1 small onion)

2 tablespoons fresh, minced dill

2 tablespoons capers, drained

2 tablespoons raspberry vinegar

2 tablespoons good quality olive oil

1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Break salmon into very large flakes, removing any skin and bones. Place salmon in a bowl. Add remaining ingredients. Season to taste. Mix well. Serve cold or at room temperature.
