Sacramento-area food truck opens first brick-and-mortar store in Roseville
Flour Dust Pizza, a Sacramento-area pizza catering company, has opened its first brick-and-mortar location at 5080 Foothills Boulevard in Roseville.
The company is family owned. Chef and owner Mano Vrapi studied pizza-making in Florence, Italy. The menu is pizza-focused but also offers appetizers, antipasto and salads.
Vrapi said the hours are currently limited to mostly dinner time but he plans to extend the hours next week. Last week was the soft opening and this week is a limited opening. The menu is also currently small, with every pizza sized at 12 inches. The restaurant cooks its pies in a wood-fired oven. The menu is also expected to expand soon.
Flour Dust also operates a food truck and exclusively does catering. It offers traditional, brick-oven Italian pizza.
