Family and pet friendly beer garden plans to open at Roseville Junction entertainment complex

Roseville news

Another dining venue has signed on to the growing Roseville Junction development along Highway 65.

Social Connection, a beer garden featuring “a variety of food and beverage venues for locals and tourists” will open alongside Electric Pickle and two Hyatt hotels, according to the developer.

“We are creating a unique gathering space that doesn’t exist anywhere else in the region,” Akki Patel said in a statement. Patel, the CEO of LRE & Cos., said: “We envision a lively, family-friendly, year-round outdoor pavilion that offers visitors a variety of experiences — from great food and beverage choices to activities in our nearby sports complex on site.”

Fieldwork Brewing Co., a popular Northern California brewery, will be an anchor for the beer garden, LRE said.

Social Connection will be open to some pets as well, according to Patel.

Roseville Junction is planned as a sports and entertainment complex adjacent to the Westfield Galleria.

The beer garden will neighbor Electric Pickle, the capital region’s first pickleball entertainment complex. Electric Pickle plans to build a 3-acre entertainment space with nine pickleball courts, a two-story indoor-outdoor bar and restaurant, and lawn area for live music and outdoor gatherings. It’s slated to open sometime next year.

Roseville Junction will also be anchored by two 120-room hotels. Three restaurants are also planned for the development.
