Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse opens its doors near Roseville Galleria

A nationwide steakhouse chain opened its first Sacramento-area restaurant on Monday.

Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar, which has more than 60 locations across 25 states, launched its Roseville location near the Westfield Galleria.

According to a news release from the restaurant, the Roseville outpost will be open for lunch and dinner, with many lunch options priced at $30 or less. Private dining spaces are also available for reservation.

The menu features a range of prime steaks, from classic filet mignon to specialty A5 Japanese wagyu strip, and a line of seafood appetizers and entrees. A limited number of salad, soup and pasta dishes provide vegetarian choices.

In addition to specialty cocktails and mocktails, the restaurant’s extensive wine bar has a global selection of red, white and bubbly wines at various price points.

Northern California native Jason Marshman will lead kitchen operations alongside partner Chris DeRise, according to the company.

The chain operates four other locations in Northern California — Fresno, Walnut Creek, Santa Clara and Palo Alto.
