The first 100 people who show up at the new 9600 Bruceville Road, Suite 100 restaurant will get chicken, asada or al pastor street tacos for $1 each, up to 10 tacos per person. After the first 100 customers, Tequileros Taqueria social media followers will receive $2 tacos. Street tacos normally start at $3 apiece, according to the restaurant’s menu.
The grand opening event starts at 2 p.m. and continues while supplies last, according to an Instagram post.
Tequileros Taqueria has 12 other restaurants and three food trucks listed on its website, spanning from Southern California to Fair Oaks.
The new Bruceville Road outpost will be the first brick-and-mortar Tequileros Taqueria in Elk Grove. The chain already operates food trucks on Power Inn Road and on Stockton Boulevard near Bond Avenue.
A new Davis restaurant, located at 737 Russell Blvd., Unit 120 in the Davis Collection shopping center, is coming soon, according to the chain’s website.
Tequileros Taqueria initially launched in Lodi five years ago. It has rapidly expanded in the last year. Since the start of 2025, the eatery has opened new restaurants in Roseville, Fontana, Fair Oaks, Manteca and Vacaville.
