Delta Shores now home to new all-you-can-eat sushi restaurant. What to know
All-you-can-eat sushi has arrived at the Delta Shores shopping center in Meadowview.
It’s Sushi opened at 8132 Delta Shores Circle, Suite 100 within the outdoor mall. It serves a variety of sushi rolls — with more than 80 combinations — like nigiri, fresh rolls, baked rolls, tempura rolls and other Japanese cuisine.
“We offer a wide range of traditional Japanese dishes as well as premium all-you-can-eat sushi courses,” It’s Sushi said on its website. “Our à la carte dining options are perfect for those looking for a classic sushi experience, while our all-you-can-eat courses allow you to sample to your heart’s content.”
Their all-you-can-eat options range from $32.95 to $49.95 per person, depending on the course, according to its website. Kids eat for free.
Each order is limited to two hours and the last seating for all-you-can-eat is 30 minutes before the restaurant closes.
It’s Sushi is owned by the founders of Fukumi Restaurant Group, which also oversees Fukumi Ramen, which has locations in Citrus Heights, Roseville and Natomas.
Fukumi Restaurant Group also owns Fukumi Chaya, Pier 50 Sushi and Young’s Teriyaki. The Meadowview location is the second It’s Sushi in the Sacramento region. The first opened in Roseville at 5030 Foothill Blvd. in 2023. Fukumi Restaurant Group said it invites everyone to “discover and partake in authentic Japanese cuisine.”
“We believe a great dining experience is at the heart of every one of our dishes,” Fukumi Restaurant Group said. “Our team strives to create a sense of tradition within a contemporary environment.”
It’s Sushi is open from 11:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. on Monday through Thursday and on Sundays. On Fridays and Saturdays, the restaurant stays open 30 minutes longer, closing its doors at 10 p.m.
