A Bay Area-based Filipino restaurant chain is set to open its first Roseville location this week.

Bai Cebu Lechon, located at 212 Harding Blvd., Suite A, is scheduled to open at 10 a.m. Thursday, according to a social media post from the restaurant.

In the announcement, the restaurant described the new location as a place for authentic Cebuano flavors, great food and community. Cebuano cuisine is regarded for savory dishes centered on seafood, slow-roasted meats and influences from Spanish and Chinese culinary traditions.

The restaurant is known for its signature lechon belly roll, a fire-roasted pork dish known for its crispy skin and tender meat.

Bai Cebu Lechon operates two Bay Area locations in Suisun City and Hayward.
