The interactive map below shows the median home value change for nearly every ZIP code in the area. There’s data for the Placer County suburbs, Elk Grove, Folsom and most of Yolo County.
We’ve even thrown in some numbers for parts of the Lake Tahoe basin, just in case you’re looking to escape to the mountains.
The map is automatically updated each month as new data becomes available. The numbers are crunched by Zillow, the national real estate firm.
