Is Tower Bridge or the Capitol ‘the symbol’ of Sacramento? Vote on this reader’s question

The Sacramento Bee

What is the symbol of Sacramento?

You can enter the city from the west on the historic, golden Tower Bridge — the road leading you to the base of the statehouse. It’s known as the “Farm-to-Fork Capital of America” and the “City of Trees.” It’s a civil service town at the confluence of two rivers.

Brent Nall asked The Bee’s community-driven series “Bee Curious” about the city’s most prominent icon: Is Tower Bridge the symbol of Sacramento or is it the state Capitol? I see the former used more often than the latter, but I suppose they can share the honor.

Can they “share the honor” or does one win out? We want to know what you think. Vote in the module below (only one vote per person) or email us at servicejournalists@sacbee.com.
