Roseville attorney merges with Monterey law firm

A Monterey law firm, one of the oldest on California’s Central Coast, says it has merged practices with attorney Gigi Knudtson with Knudtson & Nutter LLP in Roseville.

The Monterey firm of Hudson Martin Witten & June PC said Knudtson will join the firm as a senior litigation and trial partner. With the addition of Knudtson and her Roseville litigation team, the coastal firm’s name becomes Hudson Martin Witten June DeMaria & Knudtson PC.

Hudson Martin, which also has an office in Los Angeles, said in a media release that the merger “expands its service areas to Sacramento and strengthens its litigation practice with the addition of four top litigators, including trial expert (Knudtson).”

Knudtson, a native of Monterey County, practices law in general civil litigation, including professional liability and medical malpractice, elder abuse, personal injury and business and commercial litigation.

She began practicing law in 1984 and founded Knudtson & Nutter in 2006. Hudson Martin’s roots date back to 1908.
