LA and Sacramento nonprofit consulting firms merge
Sacramento-based consulting firm RPR Fundraising LLC has merged with the Los Angeles-based The Richard Mahan Group, with headquarters at 1812 J St. in Sacramento.
The newly combined consulting agency is named Ascend Partners Group LLC.
A media release said Ascend’s services include fund development, strategic planning, human resources management, financial management and marketing/public relations.
RPR was launched in 2011 by three non-profit professionals, including Richard Mahan. RPR initially focused its consulting services on educational institutions, but subsequently expanded to include nonprofit organizations. RPR’s managing partner and a co-founder is Paul Lanning.
