Free tax seminar in Galt geared to wine industry
Current and prospective wine industry entrepreneurs are invited to a free small-business tax seminar on May 18 in Galt.
The seminar, co-organized by California’s Board of Equalization, is set from 8:30 a.m. to noon at Littleton Community Center, 410 Civic Drive. Check-in starts at 8 a.m.
Seminar topics include taking advantage of tax exemptions, avoiding sales/use tax problems and understanding alcohol and restaurant taxes. Experts will be on-site to answer questions.
