Corner Bakery Cafe, a Dallas-based fast-casual restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, will open its first Sacramento-area restaurant Monday in Natomas.
The restaurant is at 2281 Del Paso Road in the Park Place Shopping Center.
It’s the first of eight new restaurants planned in the Sacramento area by CBC Restaurant Corp. and franchise partner East Bay Restaurants Inc. of Pleasanton. CBC and East Bay said specific locations will be announced at a later date.
Corner Bakery Cafe’s menu features breakfast scrambles, paninis and sandwiches, homemade soups, hand-tossed salads, pastas and baked goods.
