PR exec named policy manager for Downtown Sacramento Partnership
Veteran public relations executive Emilie Cameron has been named policy manager of the Downtown Sacramento Partnership.
Cameron will lead advocacy, public policy and government relations for the organization.
Cameron comes to DSP from Sacramento’s 3fold Communications, where she was senior public relations manager, overseeing various campaigns, community relations projects and outreach efforts. Prior to that, Cameron was a senior account executive at Lucas Public Affairs in Sacramento.
The Sacramento native was named 2014 “Volunteer of the Year” by the Sacramento Metro Chamber.
In a statement, Cameron said: “I look forward to building on the strong work already underway to foster economic development and ensure downtown’s vibrant, flourishing future.”
