Sacramento letter carriers honored for 1 million safe miles
Seven Sacramento letter carriers have been recognized for logging a combined 7 million accident-free driving miles.
Terry White, Guy MacGregor, Andrea Minchuk, Alejandro Love, Rick Boyd, Louis James and Kurt White with Sacramento’s Royal Oaks Post Office recently were inducted into the U.S. Postal Service “Million Mile Club.”
Each has logged 1 million accident-free miles on the job. Each received a special jacket, a plaque and a certificate from the National Safety Council and USPS.
NSC said it typically takes about 30 years of driving to accumulate 1 million miles.
