Starbucks offers chance to share drink with a friend, or just give in general
Looking to get into the giving spirit? Starbucks wants to help with that.
Starting Thursday, the Seattle-based coffee chain is offering one free holiday drink with the purchase of one of equal or lesser value. The five-day promotion, which has the social media hashtag #ShareEvent, is valid each day from 2-5 p.m.

Among the holidays drinks on the menu are four lattes: caramel brulee, chestnut praline, eggnog and gingerbread; holiday spice flat white and peppermint mocha.
While the event allows for the sharing of drinks, Starbucks is looking to go further with its “Give Good” campaign. The coffee giant offers 17 ways one can make a difference.
