You can fly to these Mexico beach towns from SFO for as little as $218 round trip
Think you’ll be craving some warmth and sunshine come January and February?
Then you probably won’t want to miss out on these bargain round-trip flight deals to two Mexico beach towns: Cabo San Lucas and Puerto Vallarta.
From December until April, temperatures in the two towns tend to hover in the 70s, U.S. News says in an article about Mexico’s best beaches.
A check of Google Flights out of San Francisco International Airport on Thursday shows round trips to Cabo San Lucas by United and Virgin America starting as low as $218 in mid-January. Flights to Puerto Vallarta start at $219 with United, and then jump to $277 with Alaska and Virgin America.
The deals require some flexibility, SFGate says, without the more popular long weekend options. Finding a Thursday through Sunday trip will be very difficult.
The super low fares – available in January and February – could prove popular for those craving a winter escape, so they might get snatched up quickly. Find them on Google Flight and Kayak Explore.
