SARTA, a Sacramento technology organization, named a new chief executive Friday, for the second time in eight months.
The Sacramento Regional Technology Alliance named Howard Bubb as its CEO effective Monday. He’s worked for several technology companies, including Intel Corp.
“Howard is a tremendous asset in the technology arena here in Sacramento,” said Peter Van Deventer, chairman of the SARTA board.
Bubb replaces Kirk Uhler, who took over as CEO last October. Uhler, who is chairman of the Placer County Board of Supervisors, left SARTA “to pursue other interests,” the tech organization reported.
