Fitness megacenter opens Tuesday in Roseville

Life Time Athletic Roseville, a $30 million fitness megacenter, will open to the public on Tuesday.

Doors will open at 5 a.m. at 1435 E. Roseville Parkway.

The 307,000-square-foot facility, overseen by Minnesota-based Life Time Fitness Inc. and employing about 350, includes multiple studios (fitness, cycle, Pilates and yoga), an indoor/outdoor aquatic center, cardiovascular and weight-training equipment, basketball courts, tennis courts (10 hard surface and four clay surface), a full-service spa and a fast-casual restaurant. Fitness programs for children also are offered.

The two-story Roseville facility is the Minnesota firm’s first in Northern California.
