Sacramento’s Golden 1 Credit Union adds to executive team

Sacramento-based Golden 1 Credit Union has named two to its executive team.

Dustin Luton is the new senior vice president and chief financial officer; Vicki Brackett has been hired as vice president, Member Service Contact Center.

Luton most recently served as president and CEO of Simplicity Bank, recently acquired by Seattle-based HomeStreet Bank. Luton helped oversee the merger process.

Brackett has held senior leadership positions in customer contact centers in the education, career placement, consumer electronics and consumer services industries.

With more than $9 billion in assets, Golden 1 is one of the largest credit unions in the country. It has more than 700,000 members and 1,400 employees.
