United Law Center in Roseville has hired veteran bankruptcy attorney Ronald Holland to head ULC’s bankruptcy division.
ULC said Holland has filed more than 11,000 bankruptcy cases over his career spanning more than 30 years. He has worked for multiple Sacramento law firms since 1982.
Most of Holland’s legal work has involved consumer and small-business cases, including foreclosure and real estate actions.
Holland’s hiring was made in conjunction with ULC’s launch of its BankruptcyPLUS Program, which aims to determine the best candidates to receive relief via bankruptcy.
