Poll: Following Tesla’s Reno move, should California streamline its environmental regulations?

Officials for electric car company Tesla say their decision to locate a key industrial park - they call it a “Gigafactory” - near Reno had less to do with California’s tax structure than with the Golden State’s relatively long-winded environmental review process.
