Roseville firm to construct $44 million senior community in Orange County
USA Properties Fund Inc., the Roseville-based developer of affordable housing, will break ground Tuesday on a $44 million, 202-unit senior community in Southern California.
The apartment complex is expected to open in late 2016 in the Orange County city of Aliso Viejo.
The Vintage Aliso development is being done in partnership with the Foundation for Affordable Housing, a Laguna Beach-based nonprofit organization.
USA Properties said one-bedroom apartments will start at $851 a month, or about 40 percent less than comparable market rates in the region. Two-bedroom apartments will be little more than $1,000 a month.
