IHOP will open at former Carrows site in Roseville

IHOP will fill the space of a shuttered Carrows restaurant near the busy intersection of Interstate 80 and Douglas Boulevard in Roseville.

Craig Hoffman, spokesman for the pancake chain, on Tuesday confirmed IHOP’s plans to renovate and brand the building at 100 N. Sunrise Ave. He said he did not know when the new IHOP outlet will open.

IHOP restaurants are franchised and operated by Glendale-based International House of Pancakes LLC and its affiliates. The company is a wholly owned subsidiary of DineEquity Inc., which also oversees Applebee’s restaurants.
