Sacramento tax seminar aimed at nonprofits, tax-exempt organizations
A free tax seminar geared to nonprofits and tax-exempt organizations will be held Wednesday in Sacramento.
State Board of Equalization members George Runner and Fiona Ma will co-host the 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. event at the Universal Technical Institute auditorium, 4100 Duckhorn Drive, north of downtown Sacramento. Check-in begins at 8:30 a.m.
Tax experts will provide information on state laws affecting nonprofits and how to expand their organizations amid the tax requirements.
